
(Zyban) an anti depressant that also helps with quitting smoking. It uses up the nicotine receptors in the brain lowering craving and bringing the amount of nicotine receptors back down to a normal level. Even non-smokers have nicotine receptors in their brains. It's a matter of changing my routine. I eat a lot of japanese sour candies right now... and I'm playing soccer again this year. Running three times a week. It's time to make some positive changes in my life. I've been smoking for twenty years. That sucks.

I'm not sure why the lemon has a stache??? I guess it makes the lemon more powerful.
Anyone got any tricks to make it through the next few days?
