I haven't written a blog in, like, a month, so I'm due. It's been an interesting month. My lease is up at the end of October so I've got to find another apartment or place to live. My roommate might be getting a job in CA, other than that I probably wouldn't move. I love the location and he's never here, so I get a really nice, big apartment to myself. But, at the same time, change could be a good thing. There's a lot of friends in Tempe/Mesa that I never see anymore that I'll get to spend more time with if I move back that way, which, it looks like I might. I just have to find a decent apartment and/or a roommate...we'll see how that goes.
Same old BS at work...it's not really worth going into. I do have to say that the fact that a person on my team who spends much of his day falling asleep at his desk is only the latest example of the promotion of incompetent people. He gets a job that I applied for...AND DIDN'T EVEN GET AN INTERVIEW!!! Sorry...I promised not to go into it more...couldn't help it.
I let my hair grow back out instead of buzzing it off again...not sure why I felt the need to share that, but it's different.
Ahhh football season has started, and thus, tailgating and college football. Makes my weekends! I've been waiting for it since January
I've met someone that is keeping me entertained, not sure where it's going, and I'm not setting my expectations high. Hey though, it's fun, and it keeps my mind off the stupid people of the past, if nothing else. Trying to be positive.

Sorry about your work situation. When I used to work for Bank One it was the same bullshit. They like to keep the people who work hard and show up everyday in the lower pee-on positions. It means more grunt work gets done. They would only promote the people who had their noses buried up management's ass. I hate corporate jobs.
You should move out to the east valley. I'll be out in Mesa starting October 1st!
