So I was bored and thinking (I tend to try using my brain when I get that way) that I may rewrite the Wizard of Oz ... with new performers in starring roles. Here's what I've come up with so far:

Dorothy: Maybe Jenna or Barbare Bush ("I don't think we're in Texas anymore")

Scarecrow: George Bush (George Bush with a functioning brain? odd eh?)

Tinman: Dick Cheney ... someone give the poor man a heart

Cowardly Lion: Tony Blair (if he had the courage to stand up to Bush his country wouldn't be involved in the mess in Iraq)

Wicked WItch of the West: Ms Condeleeza Rice (she is a scary woman ... almost like a female George Bush ... just smarter)

Good Witch of the East: Carolyn Parrish ... a Canadian Member of Parliament who says about Bush what a lot of us feel.

The Wizard: not really sure ... any suggestions?

Well that's it so far. Time to rest the brain once again
