I'm so excited. We are going to go pick up our new foster puppy tomorrow. I have a feeling that once he is here, he won't be leaving. It's four and half hour drive to get him, but well worth it in my opinion. I just hope he does ok with that long of a car ride.

Yes, even though it's so expensive. Eric seems to be under the impression it's still cheaper than California, (we went there last month to visit his brother who just moved there) and I'm trying to tell him it's been a few years now since he's been home, at least two. But I'm trying not to fight it too much, I'd love to go. We could probably stay with some of his family members or our friends before we got a place of our own, and we probably wouldn't live in the best part of town, but he isn't from the best part of the island anyway.
So unbelievably hotttt. Even on the motor cycle today I was dripping with sweat. I can't stand it. I have too much of the Scottish Highlands in my blood. I need a mountain top somewhere to keep me happy.

Took the new bike in to the shop today. Didn't get to take pictures of her yet. Needs tires, brakes and a couple of other things. It'll be a hefty bill, but when it's done I shouldn't need to put more money back into here for a while. I'm anxious for her to come home.
