Master cleanse. If I say master cleanse, do you know what I'm talking about. The wife is doing it to get clean, I'm joining in for at least a couple days as kind of a science experiment. I'm curious of what happens, but I'm not sure I've got the commitment for a ten day stretch. Whoever said that you don't get hungry is a liar. And the caffeine withdrawal headache sucks.

I had sugar withdrawals. I actually drank beetroot and celery juice because it was the sweetest product I was allowed to consume.
