To everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday that was really sweet....I didn't check it until today b/c I have been either traveling, sick, sleeping, or working. Yes, sick for my birthday----blek. I couldn't figure out how everyone knew it was my bday, and then I realized my birthdate was on my profile.....I was confused for like a minute...might be all the cold medicine.

I am so excited I can't sleep...I found out today that I got the associate editor position....I actually can't believe it. I am forcing myself to stay off SG for the next week, while I complete an assignment that will decide if I get the job as editor that I have been hoping for. So, ah if anyone knows anything about the investment climate in Singapore.....do tell.

ok, perhaps, this whole not being able to get a job thing has nothing to do with the economy and my inability to make myself look fantasic on paper, perhaps it is a sign that I am not meant to work, and that the cosmos have other plans for me.....Ok, so I am grasping at straws. whatever.

I am 300 dollars away from taking a job that is going to make me miserable. Bleck! I am 300 dollars away from taking a job that is going to make me miserable. Bleck! On a upnote I have decided to take a cabinetmaking class this Fall for fun...it was the closest thing I could find to furniture making in this area.
