Hey everyone!
It's been a while since I sat down and tried to articulate all the craziness going on in life as of recent. But here I am, trying. I honestly don't even know where to start, so I will start with what's fresh in my mind, which currently is my shoot I did this Sunday at a really quirky wedding venue with a new photographer who I'm sure I will be working with a ton in the future as we both had a great time together and created some AMAZING images together. Originally we were going to work on some things to submit to publications, and still might use some of the things we shot over the weekend for submissions - but mainly we shot for SG. I've only gotten previews back from the first set so far, but the second set we shot is unlike anything else I've shot for SG and hope you'll all love it!
Picture spamming in 3..2...1..
Silly faces in the car because I still felt pretty even when I looked silly:
First two previews I've gotten from the first set we shot together - Shot by the uber talented Michael Scott:
After we finished up shooting in the cute little loft at the wedding venue, we headed over to the main house to shoot in the kick ass bathroom, but not before catching a quick shot of the pea-hen on the property! I love Peacocks, for reasons that I'm sure are obvious to those of you aware of my children's series following a little peacock named Peter. I of course had to get a photo of this little gal:
Annnnd here's where some serious milky magic happened guys - my first tub/shower set for SG - minus the model light obstructing the gorgeous scenery in this shot, and the array of towels - this was the scene for my second set. & I CANNOT WAIT TO SHARE FROM THIS ONE:
And last but certainly not least I'm getting ready to finally submit the set I shot in Portland, in December after getting my half sleeve started, but I have no clue what to name it, so I'm brainstorming set names for the remainder of the week and then this beauty will be submitted next:
And also counting down the 3 months 3 weeks until Cold Hands, Coral Heart hits member review
As well as the debut set I shot of my beautiful friend @lizlynn will be out in 2 days and 3 hours (Friday @ 6-7?) So I hope you will all keep an eye out, and extend your love and support her way on her first set on the site, and show her how amazing and supportive this community is of us ladies! <3
Aside from sets I also won a tattoo giveaway on Instagram, and so currently I am working with the tattoo artist to create a bad ass intricate Taurus-themed mendhi/victorian lace bull skull design - so far this is what he's drawn up:
We both agree the pig's snout design in the bottom tear drop shape is a little funky so he's changing it, and we're contemplating adding a hanging beaded design from the horns somehow so I can incorporate my birthstone (emeralds) and I'm gonna brave it and get this beast on my ribs! I'm SO excited, but slightly terrified! <3
