Ok, looks like it's all back on, we both seemed to realise that we'd tried to hard and that we can't just go back the way we were. So come the end of my contract, if I don't get a renewal I'm moving to Italy. I'll spend some time learning the lingo, get a job and we can perhaps start over. And at least we'll communicate in one language.
