48 hours without tabaccy! It's actually been pretty easy. I didn't consider myself a real smoker since I viewed it as purely a recreational habit, not an addiction. Nonsense, I know. The mind has a curious way of dealing with these habits.I don't feel any desire at all to smoke right now, yet I feel like I am just waiting for the opportunity. As long as it really is recreational and not full time I suppose that's ok.A slippery slope indeed, eh!?
Anyhow, its nice to ramble on in such a forum,it's online yet no one reads it!
I leave you, my non existent followers, with a photo of some humourously named beer.

And good going on the 48 hours....You can make it to 72! I quit a 15 year smoking habit 18 months ago, and I fell sooooo much the better for it.
Well Done, and keep it up (I.e, don't slip down the slope of 'only one won't hurt')
Shebari x
Ps, awesomely named beer
