Agy said be sure to update, so here goes
When Last We Spoke, I was going to Riot Fest in Chicago. Well, Chicago was a fucking BLAST! The weather was perfect the whole time (sunny, 70s), my cousin was fun to hang out with (of course), and the show was incredible. I got to see all the bands I wanted to, plus see some bands I hadn't known before, but am glad to now! Love & Squalor, Black President, Jay Reatard, The Vandon Arms... so many great bands. So the show was great! Until the fucking cops shut it town about 2/3rds of the way through ALL's set. That sucked, but ALL was amazing. They broke out all the classics, plus some Descendents tunes. I heard "Coolidge," so I can die happy. Well, if Milo sang it, it woulda been better, but beggars can't be choosers.
In other concert news, I attended Skanksgiving out in Foxboro, MA, and it was also awesome. I got to see the Toasters for the first time, plus see bands like Mustard Plug, the Pietasters, Westbound Train, and Bomb the Music Industry! It was so much fun. I skanked and danced for hours. God I love ska.
Finally, I have a blog, in which I ramble about music. You can check it out here.
I think that's all. Keep on rockin', folks.
