Mo' freestyle on the way for you 'cause I gots fluid....
I'm supposed to be writing this paper right now, but since I really don't like writing papers I'm not doing it. Actually, I don't mind writing as long as it's a subjective paper - then I can voice my opinions and rip into someone else's point of view. But this one is not one of those, and I find it hard to focus. Now I find myself listening to Jamiroquai (Synkronize is a really good album) and typing on this little screen here. Which reminds me of a time when computer screens were really small and only had black and green or orange. Some of you kids may not remember that but that's what I learned to type with. So boring... Kind of like reading this!
On to more pressing matters; a girl stopped me today at school to talk to me about the Save the Children fund, which is the largest organization for giving aid to children around the world. I was all into it as well, until I found out that I was going to have to give $20 a month to help out. That's $240 annually, and as I am consciencious about this sort of stuff, I can't afford that right now. Maybe at $5 or even $10 I could help, but $20 was just too much. It's funny that the people who want to help change the world usually never have the resources. The rich only care about getting richer, and the poor get poorer as they say... And I'm somewhere in the middle of all that mess.
On to more pleasant thoughts now; Magnapop is playing on Friday at
The Earl, so that should be a good show. I better see some of you SGATLiens there...
In a slumber,
I'm sawing lumber,
I saw my baby dance a latin number,
With her shirt off,
Man, her skin's soft,
But in a mood she'd rather, if I jerked off...
Laters folks
