I forgot the amazing feeling of accomplishment when you have been working out for a few months and start incorporating 1RM at the end. I have made so much progress and I am not going to stop till I hit a new PR.
These next few months will be nothing but work in the hot hot heat of some distant land, eating food labeled for inmate consumption only and working out.
