meh. i always remember to do this think when i'm drunk.
things are okay but really hard. school is exhausting, money is tight, fights between me and the boy are increasing due to stress, illness abounds.
if only i could run into the field and become a simple country girl...barefoot and pregnant all the time, baking all day, glowing and smiling.
vodka makes me say crazy things, just be warned.
i dunno. hopefully i'll get into this research program over the summer. although i will have to cut back on the self-medicating. which may be a good thing.
thanks to everyone that's been so nice to me on my journal. you guys are the best, honestly.
i think i'm finally starting to be comfortable with the lwa.

And I'm not really clear on the law that you're talking about. So you're saying that if a girl is drunk, and conscents to sexual intercourse with a guy, wakes up and decides that that wasn't a good idea, she can just file rape charges on him? If that's correct, I have to say that that is a very flawed law. Do men have the same right to do that? Because in this case, neither of them was sober. He had downed an entire bottle of Patron. Granted, taking advantage of someone that's drunk is fucking low and vile, and deserves a punch in the face, but being charged with rape seems a bit much. It's kind of like saying that if you're drunk, you don't have to be responsible for your own actions. If I'm misunderstanding how this law works, please let me know
