Well, here I am. In Hawaii. It's gorgeous here. Unfortunately, since I just reported in to my new command, I wasn't able to take leave to see my son for the holidays and his birthday. So, of course I spent a lot of time on the phone.

I just got back from a 7 month deployment in iraq. I lost 15 pounds on the iraqi deployment diet program. Works like a charm. I wouldn't advice t to anyone.
