It's been a few days since I last posted. A busy week, it has been. Listings and photographs galore and it's been muggy as hell out. Now I'm actually kind of nostalgic for when it was cold out...... Actually not very much at all, but I do like when there are breezes involved instead of hot muggy air. But enough of my bitching. Sitting by my record collection and since I have my Andy Summers/Robert Fripp album in my eyesight it reminds me I still have a crapload of vinyl to listen to. And some good stuff I may add.
Useless Rock Music Fact Of The Day:
Another musician who could have been in King Crimson was Darryl Hall. Yes that Darryl Hall from Hall & Oates. Robert Fripp was producing his solo album at the time and was thinking about starting up King Crimson again. The line up would have consisted of Hall, Fripp, Bassist Tony Levin, and Drummer Jerry Marotta. Hall was interested in this prospect, but Hall's manager was against the idea and wanted Hall to concentrate on Hall & Oates. John Oates was not considered for the job.
