Apparently I've been tagged. Thanks delihound. Now I have to think of twenty things that might be interesting. Here it goes.
1. I play djembe, doumbec, piano, udu and am currently teaching myself to play guitar.
2. I enjoy sewing, crocheting, macrame and abhor scrap-booking and knitting for two very different reasons.
3. Though I had amazing private school english teachers I'm still a fan of the run on sentence and ackward punctuation.
4. I like to think I've always had a keen sense of style, however I believe it was mostly shaped by the availability of neat clothes in thrift stores. That and I looked like a complete dork until I graduated highschool.
5. I tied the knot on August 19th. I'm still freakin' out.
6. I've had a crush on Clark Gable since I was six.
7. My all-time favorite movie is It Happened One Night with, (you guessed it), Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert.
8. I curse like a sailor.
9. I can pinch a penny until it bleeds.
10. One of my greatest vanities is that all the wrinkles that are starting to form are caused by smiles and laughter.
11. Old people with frown lines make me deeply sad. No joke.
12. Fake cow udders freak me out. I'm fine with real cows, but costumes, figurines and toys with udders are obscene.
13. I love coffee. No ... really. I love roasting, blending, creating espresso drinks ... the whole shebang. If I could afford to work in a real coffee shop for the rest of my life I probably would.
14. My greatest fear is regreting what I didn't do. So I enjoy all these little fuck-ups I make ... just in case.
15. My goal is to end up in a small one room shack in the mountains of N. Carolina with two yaks and a llama. And I'll never wear shoes again.
16. The first way I judge people, (aside from the gut feeling), is by their work ethic. The second is by how much they generally tip.
17. I've only been thin for about four years. I like being fit, I hate the enormous change it made in the way people treat me.
18. I want to own a bio-diesel car.
19. The only two states I haven't been to are Hawaii and Alaska. I lived in Japan for three and a half years.
20. I'm a diy person. If I see anything I like I know I'll like it better when I make it myself.
