Glad I didn't pick my nose during the interview.... I am one of the 7 people out of 100+ applicants that is in the program now. It's a mentoring program for if you want to be a supervisor.
Other news, I got an interview this friday for a job i had applied for an never expected to get an interview for: customer care operations supervisor in lincoln, nebraska. holy shit! i have a lot of prep to do for this interview tomorrow, which happens over the phone.
