Ah. I am in the first two hours of my 33rd year. I'm excited to see what this year brings. Change has been blowing fiercely in the winds for a while and are growing stronger. Who knows where I will be this time next year. New Mexico probably, maybe somewhere else... depends upon the opportunities that present themselves.
I am meeting SG photog on Thursday of this coming week to finalize the shoot details, so stay tuned! I've nearly finalized a music set to accompany the shoot: I will be the first to admit I am an 80's metal/ glam metal freak! I love other stuff, but when it comes down to straight what makes me feel sexy, I return happily to my musical roots and enjoy the old again like it is new:
1.Up all Night- Slaughter
2.Give it to me good- Trixter
3.Coming of Age- Damn Yankees
4.Madelaine- Winger
5.Naughty Naughty- Danger Danger
6.Poundcake- Van Halen
7.Long Way to Love- Britny Fox
8.Slither- Velvet Revolver (GNR in its remastered format without the asshole Axl Rose.... sorry Axl fans)
9.Modern Day Cowboy- Tesla
Potentials I don't want to lose track of:
Forget me not- Bad English
Someone like you- Bang Tango
Tears are falling- Kiss
Rock Me- Great White
Gypsy Road- Cinderella
I'm going to hang out with Joey tonight for my birthday; he is my best friend (with benefits) and fellow metal-head. I know he'll pull some suggestions out of the hat. I figure about 15 songs or so will make for a nice long photoshoot.
Again, details of the shoot are undisclosed for good reason. I'm paranoid and don't want anyone stealing my ideal of a perfect shoot.
And at the age of 33, I begin my "new me" program... eat right, sleep right (shaaa), exercise more than previously (ha, more than previously... does rolling over in bed qualify?)
Love you all. You are all my favorite internet guilty pleasure. I appreciate the support I've received from many SG members, both suicide girls and fans alike. Wish me luck, I am kicking off 33 with a massive bang! Let's keep our fingers crossed it's not a bust. Nah, 33 is good.
"You gotta ask yourself... do you feel lucky? Well do ya? Punk?" Yes, sir, I do.
