hello everyone, how are you on this Tuesday? I am ok, I do have a question though, so Saturday I was hanging out with my daughter, and she told me she had a different daddy, I asked her who told her that and she said her mom did, now, her mom has just started to date this guy (less than a month) so I got kinda pissed, not at my daughter, she didnt know I was mad, but pissed at her mom for allegedly telling her this, I brought it up to her mom when I dropped my daughter off, and she got very defensive, I brought it up gently, or at least I thought I did, but anyway her mom got all pissed and started yelling at me, and I was like um, don't mess with my daughters head like that, we don't know if you will be with this guy forever or not, so telling her that's a different daddy to me is fucked up, I got accused of being mad because she is seeing someone and I am jealous (I assure you, I am not) we have been divorced for 2 years now, so I am over any feelings I may have had for her, I don't care if down the line they get married or stay together for a long time if my daughter calls him that later down the road, I wont care, I know my daughter knows who I am and that this other guy wont replace me as a father, but less than a month in I think is messed, so I guess I am asking if I am wrong to think its messed up, or if I am right, I just don't want her to be calling him that if the relationship wont last and then it happens again with some other guy, I would not do this if the shoe were on the other foot, my son never called my ex mom while I was married, I figured if he wanted to he would, and I wasn't going to do that to him where he had to do it, so yeah anyway, it was a weird weekend, lol I hope all of you had a good weekend
