Gah!!!, I seriously hate the Tri-State area "Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia". Maryland thinks I owe it 3500$ for some stupid car registration, when I lived in virginia!!!!, Now I have to go out of my way to prove I don't. grumble grumble. Living in California was soo much easier. Stupid states.
