So I had another session of pyhsical therapy for my back yesterday, and told my PT that the last time when I was there the electrical thingy majig seemed to work..."It is a little box with controls and wires that attach to pads you put on your body to basically muscle shock your muscles" and low and behold she gives me a portable one to take home!!! ZING. Hey so I was trying it out on different muscles lastnight and realized it is definitely something I wouldn't be able to bring to work because, when I put it on my neck, it looked like I had some sort of disorder with my body twiching this way and that! lol.
