Holidays are so wonderful. It is Wednesday, my work week is halfway over, starting my new 2500 calorie diet this week, even made myself a spreadsheet of all the data for meals and such, it really is a lot of food you have to eat just to put on some mass. "yeah for getting back into working out mode!!!!" on a sad note through my process of making my food database, turns out I have been screwing my daily diet up with the amount of non-dairy creamer I put in my coffee every morning equals more than two sodas worth of calories FUCK ME and I drink two of them a day DOUBLE FUCK Well all things fixed in time I suppose. Hows your week so far SG?
