Happy New Year!
I've been avoiding the scale the past few months and for good reason. Today I stepped on it and I'm 267lbs. That's the heaviest I've ever been. I need to drop the 67 pounds. So here's the plan:
No soda. No bread. No pasta. No rice. Nothing fried. No chocolate or snacks. Sticking to eating mostly fruit, salad, veggies and yogurt.
I know I'll get responses that this is extreme and not the right way to do it, but you know what? When I really look at the list of things I'm going to do without on that list? I can really do without them. The three that I will miss the most are Soda, Bread and French Fries. But when it comes right down to it, my health is more important than those three things. And I will prove I can do without them--and all of the other items on the list.
Tuesday I get a catscan on my heart to firgure out why I continue to have chest pains/palpitations despite nothing abnormal on my ekg or when the doc listens to my heart with his stethiscope.
Hey, what a surprise! I have a ton of errends to do today and tomorrow without enough time to do them! And mom has a huge list of things to do that she has to do and I have to take her there in order for her to do them.
BTW, the play I saw the other day was; LITTLE DOG LAUGHED. It's a gay farce, and it's not to be missed. You have to see it. Especially if you are in the entertainment industry.
Well, wish me luck with this new diet and the rest of my goals, not listed here for the new year. And I hope all of your goals are realized in 2007!
