Up since 4am--sick as a dog. Ran into work anyway for a huge training session--they took one look at me and sent me home to see my Dr. I had a fever, runs, sore throat and sharp chest pains. Dr. Changed some of my meds to get rid of the chest pains. We'll see. I still feel out of it, and have to be into work tomorrow at 8:30 am.
