I don't intend to Hibernate this winter, I have come to notice that through the years of tracking my SAD Season Depression that laying low is the worst thing i can do for myself, Yes it's Dark and Cold and all i want to do is climb in bed after work, but pushing myself to keep busy is the answer to all that, not a fucking day lamp. The busier you are the less time you have to fall into a depression and listen to the negative voices in your head. Also the occasional fruit smoothie helps too
