Rescued?
By our new Presidential candidate choice?
Maybe.
I know everyone including the Republicans are saying "Well See"
No one really knows.
What i do know is that i have not seen a this much hope, this much emotion directed towards government official in my time.
I have not seen tears nor tear up myself over anyone in re guards to the US government since JFK.
By now it's not hard to hear conversations from strangers whom oppose the( majority ) American peoples choice.
Instead of chiming in with my own opinion i sit idle and think, they are just sore losers, hell we were sore losers in 2004.
My biggest question is why are most Republicans so private about being a Republican and why are Democrats so obvious about their choice.
I made sure my mother got out there and voted, this may be the 1st year we both voted in the same year in my life time.
I still feel very emotional about the results of the election. Not a feeling i am use to having about my government. I could really get use to this. It's the first time i feel proud to be patriotic.
I have faith, I don't really hear myself saying "Well See"
I know WE WILL SEE Improvement, I know we will FINALLY respect our President.
and for once i feel like we made a difference.

American did speak...and spoke VOLUMES. I don't consider myself either Democrat or Republican. I'm an Independent who only voted against the Dems twice in my voting life (mind you, I vote EVERY year). Once for Sen. Al D'Amato against (the now) Sen. Charles Schumer back in '99. It wasn't until 9 years later that I went against the Dems again. It was pretty insane too since I only voted for 1 Republican and 6 Democrats. Anyways...hope you have a good w/d!
