Seems like it was totally the marshal's fault as she walked out onto the track to help someone else and didn't look before she crossed, he hit her at full speed. Neither of them stood a chance

The bike crashed at Donington yesterday.
Major damage. over 100mph carwheels. The rider is fine but the bike is fucked!
Back to the drawing board. It will take a miracle of Lazarous proportions to reserrect this bike.

The problem is, the image in the mirror is not the one that I like. It's all about self-image and not what other people think. I'm not happy with how I look and therefore I need to do something to rectify the situation, i.e. losing the excess weight that is beginning to cause me problems elsewhere.
