So, cooking can be a bit of a bitch here. See i don't have a kitchen or kitchen facilities in my apartment. However, if i walk down the hall, there's a hot plate and a microwave--well there used to be two hotplates, but one got stolen mere days after it was installed.
Neverfear though. Only two days after i went out and spent quite a bit of money on a double burner hot plate, the school delivered some to my floor. I was heard to shout (okay curse loudly): "Motherfucker!" at this turn of events. Vindication for having spent the money was received after one hot plate was stolen. Having two hotplate available makes things much easier to cook. Still, it's a big pain in the ass lugging my pots, pans, knives, bowls, spices, ingredients, cleanign products and utensils the length of the hallway over and over again affter a day of work and errands. Still, i only work 4 hours a day with a one hour lunch break so i really don't have a whole helluva lot to complain about.
The weekend was pretty awesome. I finally met some new foreigners here in the new area of Korea. I attended a Korean language class last week (about fucking time i learn the language here, eh?) and met some cool peepz. I discovered this cool bar in Cheonan called--of all things--Cool Bar which had a really awesome ambiance of a kind of Middle Eastern Bazaar or perhaps even a Mos Eisley Canteena minus a whiney blond haired, blue eyed water farmer and a roguish smuggler who shoots first. Oddly enough, i hear they sell Mexican food there and not the yummy falaffel or whatever the hell other kind of food is made in the Middle East.
Saturday was spent doing some tutoring, followed by shopping, followed by an all night drinkscavaganza which ended when i arrived home at 10am. I spent the night with some lovely Irish girls and i even met a new friend so it was good on all accounts. Especially when we ended up at the European Model Bar. I know it's not actually called that, but late a night, it's populated by tall, skinny, statuseque, stunningly wild models getting their freak on on the dance floor. The horny male in me most definately approves!
I can't really think of anything else to say right now so i'll talk to you all later. I'm Max16Characters and i'm outta HE'errrrrrrre.
I love you!
Sincerely,
