So the new job is pretty fucking sweet! In a way I'm back at Uni, but now i'm "Full Time Lecturer"! Hahaha! That's odd as i never imagined myself as a University Prof. Well technically i'm not. I'm really an Elementary School teacher for the City of Onyang, near Asan-Si about 40 minutes south of Seoul by Bullet train. However, the University is my employer.
Which University you ask? Why Sun Moon University of the Moonies or Unification Church fame. So the school i work at is basically part of that cult or whatever it is you want to call it. I don't have to buy...just cash their checks.
The new job is awesome. I work from 9am--1pm most days with an hour lunch break. Classes are 40 minutes and the kids are pretty great. My Korean co-teacher is wicked hot and wicked smart too. I think there may be some chemistry there, but i'm not sure if work relationships are a good idea. She's teaching me korean and i've picked up a book on it and have tentatively signed up for a class in Korean at a local highschool so this year i'm serious about it i guess. We'll see how long that lasts haha.
The only drawback is location. It's a $10 cab ride to either of the nearsest "big" towns where there's a chance of anything interesting going on. But i suppose i'll live...and eventually manage to start saving some extra cashitos.
Well that's my life for now peepz. I'm outtie.
