something very cool happened to me today...

a few years ago, i was the singer in a band, i wrote ALOT of music, i played my guitar religiously, blah blah blah...

well, one night @ a friends house, i was playing the guitar, and her little sister walked in the room. She asked me if i sang, and if i would. So i played and sang one of the songs i wrote.

I lost touch with this friend of mine, until recently. I went over to her house, and her little sister was there and she asked me if i remebered that song i played for her 2 years ago.

had NO idea what she was talking about.

she said hold on. she ran out of the room, got a peic of paper and a pen, and wrote out the lyrics to the song that i sang to her 2 years ago.

She was was 6 at the time... she is now 8, and has been taking guitar, and singing lessons for 2 years.

I asked her why she started playing guitar, and singing. She looked at me, and said "You"

i almost cried. who knew that i could have an impact on a 6 year old, who is now an aspiring musician, thanks to me and a song i played for her.
