Blog time!

I'm dreading going to work today. I.. Just... Don't... Want... to.

So Lets distract me.

I had a really great date on Monday. We met at this hole in the wall Salvadoran place with super yummy and cheap pupusas. We ate and chatted for hours there. Shes so not what i'm typically attracted to - but i'm so attracted to her. Shes skinny. super skinny. I may have mentioned that she has small boobs - or more accurately nearly no boobs. Again, these are all superficial things that are being over come because she has such an amazing personality and appears to be so much smarter than I am. And her face... and her mouth... And her moments of shyness and awkward habits. :swoon:

So we parted ways with a hug and a second date already set. So I'll be seeing her tomorrow night at 7 for sushi. I can't wait.

In other news - i've been enjoying some much needed time off from work. I've basically been working every other day. It's been great to get thing caught up with at home. Our place is actually pretty clean currently.

Jay and I have been enjoying time together. We've been relaxing at home, enjoying coffee, doing errands and eating good food both at home and at restaurants. Jay had mandatory training at work yesterday so I made the 1.5 hour drive up with him. Then I spent some time with his parents while he was at work. I'm glad I can feel as comfortable with his parents as I do. Then we drove home and got back at about 11:30pm.

Jay and I always have nice conversations while driving. My favorite drive happened not long after I moved to Petaluma. It was night time and we were driving back from seeing some people and we had the convertible top down, the heater on, and I was laying back in the seat looking at the stars. We had some meaningful conversations and great tunes playing. <3

You may not know it but Jaybo is a total softy and gets all mushy sometimes.

We're getting married and I couldn't be happier. In fact, yesterday I ordered to wedding dresses and a veil. I'm only going to keep one of the wedding dresses but i'm not sure which one yet. They're pretty inexpensive but luckily I'm able to return one if its within 2 weeks. Because we're on a budget neither of them are exactly my dream dress - but i'm not really that type of girl. Those things don't matter as much to be. Although i'm hoping that i'll be able to have a corset back put into whichever dress I choose.

I know what shoes I want too but I still need to buy them. Oh! and Jays mom bought me a beautiful pearl pendant necklace to wear too - which is just what I wanted.
