Jay is coming home today and not staying another night up in clearlake.. YAY!
I am quite pathetic when hes not around...I sleep in till noon and often take another nap mid day..
I need some female friends. I think I am almost missing having girlfriends... Just someone to be able to randomly call and grab coffee with and walk around down town or go shopping with. I just have a hard time keeping relationships with females..maybe its because i've never had a 'drama free' female. Not that they can't have issues, its just being mature in handling the issues as well as themselves.
Men either have less issues.. or often don't open up about them. I also grew up living with my dad and 2 brothers and its what I am used to.
Oh well. I did go to the bookstore yesterday. I didn't buy anything though.. i mean I found a few interesting things but nothing that really really jumped out at me. Although I think i'd like to get some nice stationary and write some letters. I have a few that i've been meaning to write...
I guess thats it for now. I mean my life is so pathetic that I am excited that a Raleys grocery store is having its grand opening today in Petaluma... so i waited to shop so I can go there today.

All the women I know call/write/text/chat me when they need to talk. But I don't talk about my problems.

you know what I did to lose the first 30 pounds? Ate less.
that's it.
didn't change the diet. Didn't stop eating junk food. Just less of it. Instead of polishing off a box of little debbies in one night, it would take a week or so. And so on.
Try that first, you'll find the pounds come off faster than you think.
Hell, I intentionally drank a diet soda for the first time yesterday. Diet Dr Pepper. If I swap out my bottle-or-two-a-day habit of Dr Pepper with the diet stuff, I'll lose even more weight without trying that hard.
It's funny how much weight you can lost without really trying.
