Coffee is the hardest part.
I made it thru day one sans smoke, although last night at the theatre I was chasing an old man hoping to get a whiff of his exhale.
Day two is easier. So far. I think I have accepted that smoking is not an option. I keep myself in a quasi-meditative state at all times, regulating my breathing and such. This way when the cravings come I dont get too worked up and freak out.
I miss the burn, and having something to do with my hands. But thats all. I'm glad I quit.
