Hello Daddy-o's!
I'm so happy to be here, well, and alive. I'm in great health and I have every second to look forward to because that means I'm a second closer to achieving my goals, dreams, and desired wants. It means I'm that much closer to shooting more and more SG sets, become a motivational speaker/Modern day Pin Up icon/model and an intelligent independent individual with good work and business ethics, and being the very best person I can be!
I have visions all the time, rather it being from the ideal lifestyle of a millionaire, I like to keep my space neat and tidy so my head is also that way leading me into a belief that I already live the lifestyle I am desiring with my own thoughts. That being said, I almost constantly vision things about SG. And sometimes sex, but that's another blog at another time.
I constantly think "What's next?" or ideas for my next Miniset, my next instagram post, colors, positions, textures, and angles, basically I just want to get Maudy all the time of everyday which is branching off into other inspiring ideas and reaching out to others that can help me achieve my ideas for sets, merchandise, and so on.
I had the PRIVILEGE to work with @smashbase and @lady_ in (near) my hometown, Detroit. This was much different than my usual set routine (waking up at 5 in the morning, hopping on a train, end up in Chicago, shooting until train take off, the train ride back home in Michigan, ending my day around 2/3am) which is totally worth every single second to it's absolute maximum, and I'd do it everyday if I could. It took me just about 45 minutes to get to our AirBnB and ended up to be the first one there, it gave me enough time to spruce up and to gather myself back up from driving.
Besides @writeboy I haven't met anyone else from the site, which made me a little nervous to meet not just one, but TWO awesome, funny, and talented members from the site!! You should've seen me, I was jumping all around. Let me just tell you, It was nice to finally talk about the site and have someone understand. We talked about the girls, all the great sets, and switched the entire house around to make it absolutely perfect for our very own.
For the first set, I shot with @lady_, she was totally comfortable and incredibly easy to talk to, which settled my nerves. We took over the bedroom and started hanging plants, switching around pillows, and doing the final touches. I was going to shoot in a baby blue matching set, but settled on a darling off white Caterina playsuit from late 1940's to early 1950's in mint condition. I wore it for just about a half an hour AT most. ;)
We laughed at how goofy some of her unique photo taking positions or should I say absolutely CRAZY photo taking positions. upside down in corners, climbing on the bed frame, somehow sticking to the wall with pure muscle, she may or may not know it yet, but I think she has some kind of super power of "Super Perfect Angle Achieving Abilities" SPAAA. Look it up it's actually a thing (it's not actually a thing) but in her case, I know it is a thing.
Warm, focused, carefully thought out photographs were captured one by one finally finishing up and moving onto the next room shooting a set with THE @smashbase - I had to admit, as comfortable that I was, it was so thrilling to be right there shooting with him. I've always admired his work and his sets that he shot with countless of beautiful SG's and Hopefuls, it was finally my turn. I just wanted it to be as good! I didn't want to mess up! We started to shoot, all my fears went away instantly. Besides the sheer pain of positioning and holding it even if everything is burning. YOU MUST HOLD IT STEADY
This really crazy cool record player was the main focus in this set, besides the big lights in the background that we worked so hard to make work. My favorite thing about photography is play with light, and in this case we were really fortunate for the giant window and the white house abnormally close next door that acted as its own reflector. We took advantage of that.
I switched from my off white playsuit to a black assumable- ironically contrasting both sets from each other. From my black thigh highs to lacy black panties topping it off with a black bra and a Tiffany necklace, brushed out pin curls I was feeling pretty good at this point. One by one, everything was off and I was all smiles.

Polaroids were taken UP THE WAZOO and BOY are they GOOD.
I could go on about this day but it might be a novel long. All in all it was a flawless day... besides finding out that I ran over metal on my way over there apparently and had a flat tire IN DETROIT!! It was a scary ride home, and it actually ended up being pretty serious, they made sure I made it home okay. I don't know how I can ever thank them for that! Very grateful. Forever grateful.
