Last night was Hansel's house warming party. We ate great food, watched the Phantom of the Paradise (wow!) and I got to meet Amaryllis! A great day!

Today I spent almost the entire day playing video games with my favorite boy Alex (9). He is on his way back to Seattle with his mother now but we had some good times.

I watched Survivor last night. Not a Suicide Girl on the Island. Tragic.

I have me a bunch of new music. So Happy. I have new Charmparticles, new Elliott Smith, some Dresden Dolls and old new Wrens.

And Saturday I'm getting people drunk.

Pirate Bands Rule! On Saturday Captain Bogg and Salty once again proved themselves the masters of the Portland Seas. And my main man Hansel kept me from making an idiot of myself while drunk. Mostly. YAAR.

It's way too hot. I'm tired of cable. Just spent 3 hours tending the pot of future dreams. Tomorrow I am driving to Seattle to visit my grandfather in the hospital. What more can I say.

Today was a big shopping day. I bought cool new shoes. Shoes are way tooo expensive. But at least these are cool. We made vodka infusions this weekend. We made watermelon, pineapple, lemon, ginger, and basil. They look pretty awesome. Won't know for a week though.

It is way too hot to sleep. God help me tomorrow.

I helped a friend move today. I am sooo tired. If it wasn't hot I would be soaking in the bathtub.

I'm watching Extreme Dodgeball on cable. But brain is mush so this seems about right. The Accountants are playing against the Weightlifters. Very strange. I am rooting for the Accountants out of pure geek solidarity. PLus Mandy Summers is a babe.

Today I went to the wedding of a woman I once felt I would spend the rest of my life with. Tomorrow I have to get out of bed. But tonight I just want to look and see if my blood is really red.

It's been a great week so far starting with Saturday. Friday night I drove to Seattle to visit friends. Saturday I walked my friend's dog at Marymoor park.
