did a reading on sunday with a few of the folks from monkeybicycle . there was a band playing with me. a banjo, drums and a singing saw.

yesterday, a rejection letter from mcsweeney's. today, an acceptance from surgery of modern warfare. up and down.

reading lots of jonathan ames. telling everyone how much i like him. and then, after reading one of his many (MANY!) candid passages, i wonder if i should cop to liking him at all.
