Well, I had my last cigarette at 6 P.M. on sunday.
I guess that means that I'm past the physical addiction.
I'm not sure what else I should be doing while watching tv, drinking beer, and fucking around on SG.
On the plus side, my desk looks a lot cleaner.

I gave up smoking cold turkey about 4 years ago. I never had a problem quiting. so Good luck, just don't look back.
