Today my little girl turned 1 year old. She is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Today is also the 1 year anniversary of the proudest I've ever been of anyone in my entire life. I have the strongest, most courageous, bad ass wife of anyone I know. Thank you for making all of this come true.

The past 9 months has gone really damn quick. Sophie now has 6 teeth and is eating solids like a champ. So far she really likes Mexican and Vietnamese. She crawls really fast and has started to climb stairs as well, although I wish she knew how to stand before she braves the steps.

My daughter is 3 months old now. Being a parent is the greatest thing ever. I have a great wife who is amazing with my daughter (and me). Life is very busy now. We saw an ultrasound yesterday. Having a baby seem more real to me now. I'm sure Christina feels that it's been real for the last 12 weeks.
Wedding is in less than a month and I don't feel that we are ready.

I have spent the last few days reading the End of the Stretching thread from start to finish.... It's hilarious to see that every time you post it says three things... water, massage, and no tapers/silicone.... and then without fail, most of the posts immediately after that are all these people saying how they've used the opposite of all of the proper methods and had no problems.... people really don't listen....

It makes me sad....

Question... How do you tell people that want to buy plugs in your shop not to taper... I always have people coming in... Do you sell them the jewelry and tell them to go home and put it in when it's ready?

I bought a bike for the first time in over 15 years.

Its the first bike I've ridden with disc brake and I love them so far.
