Download 2006
Well where do i start. Another fantastic year at the download festival, a great line up and once again some great new friends were made. Was working the festival this year which was a bit of a change from last year but was real good fun interviewing some of the greatest upcomming bands around as well as some of the best know long established bands.
The weather was great if not a bit too hot at times. And as i stupidly had my new tattoo done on the friday before the download weekend i had to spend four days trying to keep covered up and out of the sun, which for anybody who was there will know was not an easy task.
The disturbances on the Sunday night were not the best end to the festival which had up until then passed with no serious incidents, but it goes to show that there is always somebody that will cause trouble.
Well i have already reserved my tickets for next year so i hope i will see some of you there.
