several beers into it and mel's snoring away in the living room. no particular reason for writing other than to pass time. spent a bit of last night and tonight watching spawn cartoons. weird , i've always admired the whold comic book medium, but never got into it. enjoy adaptations of comics, though. some of the movies, etc. hope this weekends good. halloween's probably my favorite holiday, but it's shaping up to be a bit lonely. it's kind of like christmas for me. in fact, i'm not terribly fond of christmas, apart from getting gifts. i mean, i like giving too, but that's the one time of the year when i can get a couple of things i want or need without paying for them. but as far as holidays which just straight out appeal to me this is it. anyway, i guess we'll see. i'm an idiot, rambling about this stupid shit. anyway, umm, yeah... lots of drinking to prepare for. better keep practicing.
