Whoop Whoop to working out.
I did my first workout on the P90X yesterday and it kicked my ass.
I can barely lift my arms today my chest and biceps hurt so bad and my sides are killing me. Let's just say goodbye to the baby weight. LOL

It'll get a lot easier the more you stick with it. Excercize is one of the most exhilirating things you can do.
