Its the first day of tour and although I'm very excited, I miss my girl. My band (Of Hearts And Shadows) is going all over the United States over the next 6-7 weeks. We're in Tucson, AZ tonight. We were supposed to play a show tonight at Scrappy's but we arrived too late because our booking agent didn't tell us until 1pm today. Yeah! We had to pack up and leave San Diego as soon as possible. We got out of there by 2pm but Tucson is much further than we thought. Plus, we totally didn't take the time zone change into consideration. The show was supposed to start at 7pm and end by 10pm but we didn't even get there till 9:20pm. So, we were a little pissed. And, the venue looked pretty rad inside. We talked to the owner/promoter and she said we can play tomorrow night. Which is good considering we have 7 more days till we need to get to Florida for the start of the Metal Blade tour. So, although I'm excited for all this. I miss my girlfriend dearly. But, this is my dream. Just touring the country/world/whatever. This way I don't have to lick the balls of some corporate asshole telling what to do just in order to put nourishment in my stomach. FUCK THAT!!! I REFUSE THAT BULLSHIT!!!
