I really have things to do, I swear.
Anyway, the world has managed to keep spinning despite all my problems and dramas. I"ve taken to drinking a bottle of wine a night recently, mainly in an attempt to get a restful sleep. So far I just wake up late and the buzzing noise in the back of my head reminds me how little I spent on that bottle.
Cut to the chase: I don't want a girlfriend, but I miss having someone around who expands my world. The little girl who was here is now gone, and I miss the company. I've thrown myself back into the internet, in an attempt to meet people who likewise have no desire to hang out in smoky bars or get together to watch "survivor" or "friends" (ok, incidentally, i like "friends" and "will & grace", so if cool friends wanted to hang around and do this i wouldn't object).
Today I learned nothing. Except yellowtail shiraz is condusive to a headache. But in that good way, you know?
And that being antisocial is a great way to make friends. Honestly.
