I posted this to the independent college station's website back in January, but didn't get any responses. I was thinking since SG is such a music filled place, maybe someone will help me. Unfortunately, it's been so long, I'd have to hear the song to recognize it, now. So if you have any ideas at all, throw 'em at me. I'm up for new music.

If only it were possible to have DJs on all the time to say the song titles. Oi.
Anywho. On my drive home from school, there were these three *awesome* songs played, and I tried my best to scribble down some lyrics.. but, s'kinda hard when you're driving on curves.
Anywho.
Song #1 It was a rock/possibly punk-ish?/probably indie song. I know at the beginning there was something like "Damn these half-Japanese girls" or something with Japanese girls. And in the chorus the words "I'm a lot like you" .. Or something similar. I know that near the end of the song there was a lil' thrash/rockout session, too.
Song #2 had a great dance-beat. But it had a rock feel too. I know the words were kind of mixed in witht he music, and the only words I remembering sticking out were "Jumpin' and Dodgin'!" or something that sounds like those.
Song #3 I got a little more wrote down about because the road was straight. I know in the chorus there was two lines about seeing other things. "I've seen the others" et cetera. And also lines like "Go now, you're forgotten." The musician in teh song also sang about a general and his army and how his troops didn't do anything and the general said the "I've seen the others" yaddayadda.
