I believe that we should have a routine that makes us happy, and that stimulates our body and mind. My routine currently is to wake up early and my first task of the day is to thank God for another opportunity to be alive, then I go to the gym, and after the gym, eat a delicious breakfast (it's my favorite meal of the day, so I always make an effort to eat something that I really like) and that way I start the day in a good mood.
For me it is also very important to spend free time doing activities that I enjoy, I really like reading, watching series, crocheting and spending time with my animals.
