if you could be any animal, what would you be and why?
I would be a dog, a mixed breed. you know why? because dogs know unconditional love and that is something i try hard to understand as a human, but i have not been as sucessful as a dog in practicing the art of it. i try to be groovy, i try to be kind, but fuck, sometimes i have resentment towards people because they do things that upset me. dogs on the other hand, aren't bothered as much by the trivial things in life. i think partly it is because they don't process thoughts the way pepole do. oh, and the mixed breed part- mixed breeds have far fewer health and disposition problems than purebreds- i work in a vet hospital, i know these things. i do however, realize that there are exceptions to the whole purebred thing, but 9 out of 10 purebreds. but yeah, any ways, i would be a mixed breed dog so i could love and not pass judgement. have a groovy day you guys, maryjane

i just think it would be nice to be that simple minded for a day, to be like an uncarved block of wood, smooth, just witnessing without judgement. i am not striving to be a dog. i am human, and i do not have to strive to be, because i am. part of my being human is to be able to imagine for a second what it would be like to be something or somebody else. that is what i'm doing in this fun little exercise. it is as simple as that. have a groovy day, maryjane
Sorry if I am talking missionarily, I can not resit. (and I won't stop, cause without a mission life would be boring. Sitting around and just having fun would be no fun at all, so I hope people will forgive me if I'll do it again and again...)
