I don't have passion for life anymore

i have no direction anymore.
I need something to make me hungry to live.

I woke up feeling like this. I don't know what's bringing me down all the time. I can't figure this out. What should I do. Like i really REALLY REALLY hate going to doctors. I probally need some kind of medication to help me feel like myself again, but i don't want to feel like a zombie.
