Ok, so i'm going to become a health monkey... I'm starting the no carb diet... i should be able to drop about 25-30 pounds in about 6 weeks pluss working out... that seems like alot but as my trainer was kicking my ass, he decided to tell me that he trains Tri-atheles Marathon runners and long distance swimmers... and hes going to be putting me through the same training they do... so that means i'll prolly die and shrivle up into a funky looking stick... so if you all ever see me in public, treat me to a hamburger or something...
