not sure how many of you are on, or were on at some point, BME... but yesterday we lost the creator and leader of that amazing community, Shannon Larratt.
that website and man were such a huge part of my life growing up into the adult i am... i couldn't thank him enough for giving me a place to just be me. he will be missed.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I had never heard of him before this but from what I have just read he does seem to have been an amazing man.
