Ok, so here I am. I finally had enough money to buy a computer! Wish I could say that a lot of interesting things have happened since I last talked to a lot of you, but it's really the same old stuff around here. Athens really doesn't change much to begin with, but it changes even less when you are a student here. Luckily I think I should be done with a lot of my stuff by the end of the summer. I'm assuming that I won't get into the program I'm trying for this fall. However, I think the year break for me to apply again is much needed.
school, work, sleep, lather, rinse, repeat.
On an even brighter note, not only did I finally buy this magic box I call a computer, but I also got a cheap digital camera for chrimi from the fam. Pretty soon we'll have to test this baby out and see what it can do. Plus I've changed a good bit in the many many years since I've had a ton of pictures up. My new treadmill complements of the fam also (which I don't know whether to feel happy or insulted about since I asked for it) should come in handy for that though. Realistically I'll also probably have to cut back on the mounds of cigs I've been consuming to even try that daunting task.
"How'd you get stomach cancer again?"
"Eating cigarette butts.... you through with that?"
Well, I have class really early in the morning. I guess I should head to bed.
really, why didn't anyone tell me that the world existed before noon? Not that It would have changed my sleeping habits, but it's the principle of the matter

not entirely original, i admit, but it has significance for me. but i don't know where to put it, as i'm a pretty skinny dude, with other tats planned, a mostly blank canvas, and who also happens to do a bit of acting now and then. and being paid to do it for a living would be nice. so, i'm thinking probably not the neck.
otherwise, i'm thinking of a quote from Federico Garcia Lorca: Yo tengo un fuego en mis manos.
